Coaching Questions
It depends. Executive and Management coaching is for a full day or two half-days, individual contributors is a half day, with calls scheduled for the weeks we’re not together. Or it could be structured as a series of one-hour calls to accommodate your busy schedule. Calls/emails as needed. In person is preferred, Skype calls can be incorporated into the process.
When do we have the sales coaching sessions?
We find a time that is mutually convenient for both of us. I find that it works best if we keep the same day and time for each session. That way, the sessions become part of your routine and easier to fit into your schedule.
Are you available for support in between coaching sessions?
I’m always available via email to answer quick questions or offer support and guidance. If you have an issue you’d like to discuss over the phone, give me a call or send me a note about it and I’ll make sure we include it in your next session.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
I understand that things come up, and I’ll do my best to accommodate any changes. As you can imagine, my schedule is pretty busy too. To avoid a cancellation fee or a loss of your session, please notify me of any changes at least three days in advance and we’ll reschedule.
